The impact you'll make:

As a seasoned writer with a wealth of experience building high-performance and growth-driven brands, you understand the power and importance copy brings to meet both business and creative goals. This role touches many parts of our business and requires an understanding of multiple mediums and the application of your craft therein. 

From ecomm to email, social to performance, vm and in-store experience to product naming, the successful candidate will have a portfolio of work that works and understands the fast paced and agile world of the beauty and wellness industry, especially within the world of retail.

As a Senior Writer, you will be close to the business in all aspects and work with some phenomenal people within the creative team and cross-functionally. 

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

• Support in all brand development work as it pertains to content and copy and lead copy strategy for product launches and campaigns.
• Facilitate and build upon our evolved tone of voice positioning it across all channels.
• Execute successful campaigns at scale through omni-channel mediums inclusive of brand-storytelling and performance.
• Partner with Digital and Brand Designers and work together to create best-in-class solutions to creative problems.
• Present work in a cohesive manner to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners, using strong narrative deck-building skills and a mastery of the room, briefs and insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth and Retail teams to execute leveraging best practices with an encyclopedic knowledge of Saje’s products, benefits and brand positioning.
• Create and deliver work in a timely manner that meets shared KPI's and briefing deadlines.
• Create an environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 5-7 years of copywriting experience, developing and creating full-funnel, omni-channel campaigns with consistency and agility. Brand-side experience is ideal, but not mandatory.
• A strong foundation of strategic thinking with proven conceptual ideation and the ability to pull those ideas through a variety of channels through your medium, copy.
• Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion akin to the brand’s positioning and tone.
• Strong knowledge of platform, creative and industry trends and digital best practices. Must be able to translate this knowledge into articulating and strategically applying to creative executions.
• A talent for wearing multiple hats switching easily from ecomm to email to scripting, shoot supervision, retail and product naming.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in gathering learnings and insights from platforms, consumer feedback and culture to make concise, relevant recommendations

The compensation range on average for this position is from $85,000-95,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
