The Senior Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling, high -impact content across marketing, branding, and communication channels. This role focuses on crafting persuasive copy that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recall while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging. The role requires strong creative thinking, storytelling ability, and hands -on execution across multiple formats.

1️. Copywriting & Content Creation<\/b>
<\/h3>


<\/p>

• Write high -quality copy for:
<\/div>
• Marketing campaigns
<\/div>
• Social media creatives
<\/div>
• Website and landing pages
<\/div>
• Email campaigns and automation flows
<\/div>
• Ad copies (digital and print)
<\/div>
• Product and service descriptions
<\/div>
• Internal brand campaigns
<\/div>

• Adapt writing style based on platform, audience, and objective.
<\/div>
• Deliver clear, engaging, and conversion -focused messaging.
<\/div>

2️. Campaign Ideation & Creative Contribution<\/b>
<\/h3>


<\/p>

• Contribute to campaign ideation with strong copy angles and messaging hooks.
<\/div>
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
<\/div>
• Develop taglines, slogans, and brand messaging frameworks.
<\/div>

3️. Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency<\/b>
<\/h3>


<\/p>

• Maintain consistent brand tone across all communication channels.
<\/div>
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand positioning and communication guidelines.
<\/div>
• Support in evolving brand voice when required.
<\/div>

4️. Editing & Quality Control<\/b>
<\/h3>


<\/p>

• Self -edit and proofread all copy before submission.
<\/div>
• Review junior copywriters’ work (if applicable).
<\/div>
• Ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and impact in all content.
<\/div>

5️. Cross -Functional Collaboration<\/b>
<\/h3>


<\/p>

• Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales teams.
<\/div>
• Convert complex product or business concepts into simple, engaging messaging.
<\/div>
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through creative copy.
<\/div>

6️. Performance & Optimization<\/b>

<\/p>

• Understand campaign objectives and write accordingly.
<\/div>
• Use basic performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions) to improve copy effectiveness.

• Support A/B testing of copy variations when required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• English / Journalism / Mass Communication / Marketing / Communications

• Certification in Copywriting, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
<\/div>

Experience:<\/b>

<\/p>

• 3–6 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative content roles.
<\/div>
• Experience working in Agency, EdTech, SaaS, Startup, or Digital Marketing environments is preferred.

• Portfolio showcasing campaign copy, ads, or brand messaging work is mandatory.
