The Brief:
As a COPYWRITER at Wirality, you are both a strategist and a creative thinker. You are a master of writing on behalf of brands, in their distinct and unique voices. You can handle anything from brand manifestos & video scripts to concept write ups and social posts across all social platforms.
 
We are on the lookout for someone who lives, breathes & eats creative storytelling. We do not want long essays or lists of school & college level achievements (that includes your academic report). We want to meet people who love creating and want to do nothing but use their skills to create solutions for brands. Given our growing roster of fintech and finance brands, experience writing for this sector will help you hit the ground running.
 
We want to meet people who :
- Can use their creative skills, understand various cultural nuances, grasp human behavior and use it to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands.
- Who can understand the difference between a creative idea and strategic execution, based on a client's business objective.
- Who are capable of conceptualizing ideas for all mediums, from TV to digital platforms. 
- Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve marketing skills.
- Understand the brand's objective and write accordingly. 
- Know how to handle and implement feedback from creative leads 
- Periodically brainstorm with the brand team and come up with new ideas with respect to new emerging technologies.
- Overseeing the campaign/project from concept to execution stage.
 

Core Must-Haves

  • Proven experience writing for fintech or finance brands
  • 4+ years of copywriting experience (agency-side preferred)
  • Strong portfolio across brand manifestos, campaigns, video scripts, and social-first content
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
  • Flawless command of English, grammar, and tone adaptation

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with innovation-led, experiential, or OOH work
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)
  • Deep vocabulary + comfort with slang and colloquial expressions
  • Curiosity for emerging platforms, tech, and digital-first trends

  3. Assignment Round – A mini design task to show us your chops.

  4. Initial Interview – Meet the hiring panel, discuss your work, and share your ideas.

  5. Final Interview – A chat with our founder—bring your A-game and authenticity.

  6. Offer & Negotiation – If the stars align, we’ll make it official.
