Job Title: Senior Content Strategist (Copywriter)
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports to: Brand Manager
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

About the Role:

As the Senior Content Strategist (Copywriter) at Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will spearhead our storytelling efforts, crafting impactful content that resonates with our audience. You will play a vital role in maintaining the brand’s voice and collaborating with teams to create compelling campaigns across various platforms.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Develop engaging, brand-aligned copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads.

  • Write copy for offline branding materials such as brochures, collaterals, posters, and banners.

Collaboration and Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research to ensure content relevance, accuracy, and impact.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize content strategies for better engagement.



Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setting working across multiple brands.

  • Technical Skills: Strong command of English with exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.

  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Should Have:

  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.

  • Creative Strategy: Experience in crafting content strategies tailored to different platforms.

  • Brand Development: Experience maintaining and enhancing a brand's tone of voice.
