Job Title: SEO Team Lead

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Experience Required: Min. 2 years as Team Lead in a digital marketing agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO experts
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost rankings, traffic, and leads
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
• Oversee on-page and content optimization
• Track performance using tools like GA, GSC, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Collaborate with design, content, and PPC teams
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of SEO experience (2+ years in leadership)
• Strong SEO knowledge and analytical skills
• Proficient in SEO tools and project management
• Excellent communication and team management skills

Preferred:

• Master’s degree
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Google Analytics/Ads certifications
