Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content.
  • Optimize meta tags, titles, headings, URLs, and images for search engines.
  • Conduct and implement SEO audits to improve site performance and ensure it meets SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that ranks well on search engines.
  • Off-Page SEO:
  • Manage and develop backlink-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns to acquire quality backlinks.
  • Monitor competitor backlinks and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting site rankings (broken links, crawl errors, etc.).
  • Work with developers to implement site improvements, such as improving site speed and mobile-friendliness.
  • Manage and optimize sitemaps, robots.txt, and other technical elements for better indexing.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Use SEO tools (like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track website performance and organic traffic.
  • Monitor rankings, website traffic, and other key SEO metrics to report on progress.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance and SEO results.
  • Content Strategy:
  • Assist in planning and creating content that is optimized for SEO and aligns with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is optimized for SEO (keyword usage, internal linking, etc.).
  • Stay Updated:
  • Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to improve SEO performance based on industry trends.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., social media, PPC) to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure SEO efforts align with business goals.
