SEO & SEM Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for various SEO and SEM tasks, including content updates, website audits, keyword research, and managing PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and be skilled in both on-page and off-page optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post Updating: Regularly update website content to optimize for search engines and improve rankings.
- SEO Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed monthly SEO performance reports.
- Website Audits: Conduct new website audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities.
- Meta Titles & Descriptions: Create and update Meta titles and descriptions for improved visibility and click-through rates.
- Website Updates: Make necessary SEO-related updates to the website, including technical SEO adjustments.
- Backlink Research: Analyze backlink profiles and conduct outreach for link-building opportunities.
- SEM - PPC Campaigns: Create, run, and monitor PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and relevance.
- GMB (Content Creation): Collaborate in the creation of engaging content such as reels and social media posts to support SEO and SEM strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of current SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and tools like Google Ads.
- Excellent keyword research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms for posts and reels.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress.
