JOB DESCRIPTION: Amazon PPC Virtual Assistant
Role Overview
The Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing and optimizing Sponsored Product campaigns on Amazon to maximize return on investment (ROI). This role involves developing paid search strategies, selecting high-performing keywords, adjusting bids, and analyzing campaign performance to drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is proficient in data analysis, and possesses proven experience with Amazonβs advertising platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PPC Campaign Management: Handle all day-to-day operations and tasks for Sponsored Product campaigns on Amazon.
- Strategy Development: Participate in forming effective paid search strategies based on historical data and market trends.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns to ensure peak performance.
- Keyword & Targeting: Lead keyword selection processes and refine audience targeting.
- Budget & Bid Management: Monitor campaign budgets and actively adjust bids to improve ROI and lower ACOS.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and pinpoint issues immediately.
- Platform & Vendor Relations: Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
- Fraud Prevention: Monitor for and mitigate the risk of click fraud.

- Specializations: Campaign Operations, Strategy Development, Keyword & Targeting, Budget & Bid Management, Performance Tracking, Fraud Prevention.
- Focus Areas:
- Managing and optimizing daily operations of Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Developing and executing effective paid search strategies.
- Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting bids for optimal ROI.
- Maintaining relationships with advertising platforms and vendors.
- Protecting ad spend through fraud prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS
Location: Must be residing within the Philippines.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns is required.
- Finance Background: A background in Finance (6 months to 1 year) is a strong plus.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
- Excel Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (advanced knowledge of formulas is required).
- Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical abilities; able to interpret complex data sets.
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and good character.
- Availability:
- Must be willing to work a graveyard shift.
- Available for full-time work.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
- Must be a Filipino-resident
