Role Overview
As a PPC Specialist, you’ll manage assigned Google Ads accounts based on service tiers that range from fundamentals to advanced optimization. You’ll follow a structured process to ensure performance, efficiency, and ongoing campaign improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor performance and align results with business goals
Conduct search term reviews and apply negative keywords
Optimize ad copy using both manual and AI-assisted tools
Make bid adjustments and monitor smart bidding strategies
Manage budget pacing and daily/monthly spend
Evaluate landing pages and conversion paths
Adjust audience targeting and demographics
What You Need
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads
Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking
Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines
Clear written communication in English
Experience with campaign types: Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max preferred
