A Performance Marketing Specialist<\/b> is responsible for driving measurable growth through data -driven digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram<\/b>. This role focuses on optimizing campaign performance, managing budgets efficiently, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)<\/b>. The specialist leverages analytics, audience segmentation, and advanced ad tools to improve conversion rates while keeping customer acquisition costs low through continuous performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>
  • Perform daily account management across Google Ads and other paid search platforms<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Understand client objectives and design strategies to exceed defined performance goals
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Plan, recommend, and execute strategies related to:
    <\/p>

    • Campaign structuring
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Targeting and audience segmentation
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Creatives and ad formats
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Betas and new Google channel features
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports<\/b>, including:
      <\/p>

      • Key metrics tracking
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Goal and revenue tracking
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Paid search performance insights
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Monitor and manage web analytics dashboards<\/b> and reporting tools, identifying key optimization opportunities aligned with client goals
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Communicate regularly with internal teams and management on project progress, timelines, and results
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Collaborate with leadership to explain, refine, and modify strategic plans
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments<\/b>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Lead and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR)<\/b> meetings showcasing business growth
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Support team growth<\/b>, including mentoring and planning personal development programs for team members
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Eligibility & Behavioral Competencies<\/b>

        • Tech graduate or MBA with hands -on experience in SEM and Paid Search (PPC)<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Strong passion for search and digital marketing<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>
