Burger Boi is a fast -growing UK -based QSR franchise brand<\/b> with multiple outlets. Marketing Lead<\/b> to own and scale paid media performance<\/b> across national and local markets.

This role focuses on driving store footfall, online orders, and franchise -level growth<\/b> through data -driven, high -impact paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Ownership
<\/h3>
  • Own the end -to -end paid media strategy<\/b> across:
    <\/p>

    • Google Ads (Search, Local, Performance Max, Display)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • YouTube & Discovery (as applicable)
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Align paid media initiatives with brand campaigns, promotions, and franchise goals<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Define and track performance KPIs<\/b> linked to revenue, orders, and store visits
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Local & Franchise Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
      <\/h3>
      • Plan and execute location -based PPC campaigns<\/b> for franchise outlets
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Build scalable frameworks for:
        <\/p>

        • “Near me” and local -intent searches
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Store -specific promotions
          <\/p><\/li>

        • New outlet launches
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Optimise campaigns for:
          <\/p>

          • Calls
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Directions
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Online orders
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

          • Collaborate with SEO and local teams for full SERP dominance<\/b>
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Campaign Execution & Optimisation

            • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page alignment
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Implement advanced bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions)
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Manage budgets across:
              <\/p>

              • National vs local campaigns
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Brand vs non -brand
                <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

              • Continuously A/B test to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS<\/b>
                <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Analytics, Reporting & ROI

                • Track performance using:

                  • GA4

                  • Google Ads & Meta dashboards

                  • Call and store -visit conversion data

                  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for management and franchise stakeholders<\/b>

                  • Identify insights and optimisation opportunities proactively

                    Budget & ROI Management

                    • Manage and optimise monthly ad budgets efficiently

                    • Improve cost efficiency and reduce wastage at scale
                      <\/p><\/li>

                    • Forecast performance for campaigns, launches, and seasonal peaks<\/b>

                      Cross -Functional Collaboration

                      • Work closely with:

                        • Creative & content teams (ads, offers)

                        • Guide or mentor junior PPC or marketing resources when required.

                          Must -Have

                          • 5–8+ years of PPC / Performance Marketing experience
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Proven experience managing high -budget campaigns<\/b>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Strong hands -on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads<\/b>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Experience working with multi -location or franchise businesses<\/b>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Deep understanding of local intent and conversion -focused advertising<\/b>
                            <\/p><\/li>

                          • Strong analytical and optimisation skills
                            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
