You’re our PPC Manager!

You’ll be a core part of our growing Paid Media team, responsible for managing and scaling PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll be confident owning accounts end-to-end - from strategy through to execution and reporting - and will play a key role in driving performance for our clients across both e-commerce and lead generation. You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering insights, recommendations, and consistent results.

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and the tasks that you’re expected to do as part of your role:

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Display
  • Confidently build and launch campaigns from scratch, including via Google Ads Editor
  • Optimise campaigns daily to maximise ROAS and meet CPA/CPL targets
  • Carry out weekly and monthly reporting and provide clear, strategic commentary
  • Develop and implement strategies to help scale account performance
  • Forecast, analyse and predict campaign outcomes using historical data and trends
  • Communicate results clearly and confidently on client calls and via email
  • Identify areas for growth and recommend budget or structural changes where relevant
  • Support on larger projects and audits, contributing to overall team success
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and digital trends, applying learnings to accounts

Here's what we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ demonstrable PPC experience (ideally agency-side)
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display)
  • Comfortable using Google Ads Editor
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work within large datasets and draw key insights
  • Excellent communication skills - confident on client calls and in presenting strategy
  • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience in both e-commerce and lead generation preferred (but not essential)
  • Microsoft Ads experience is a bonus, but not required
