About the Role:
As a Manager (Amazon), your role will include revitalizing our E-Commerce, driving
engagement, building impactful collaborations, and refining content strategy.
Functional
Parameters:
PPC & Advertising Management:
Lead the PPC & advertising Team
Develop strategies, set performance KPIs, optimize resources, and continuously
refine campaigns.
Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands,
Sponsored Display, and DSP).
Set performance KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS) and continuously refine ad strategies to maximize
profitability.
Perform bid optimization, keyword research, and audience segmentation for better targeting.
Work closely with the
Data Analyst Team
to track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies
accordingly.
A/B test ad creatives, product titles, and descriptions to improve conversions.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
Lead the
Data Analyst Team
to track sales trends, advertising performance, and competitive
benchmarks.
Use data insights to guide advertising spend, pricing strategy, and inventory planning.
Implement automation and AI tools to optimize PPC campaigns dynamically.
Create weekly and monthly reports on PPC performance and growth strategies.
Time-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches:
Oversee the
Time-to-Market Team
to ensure timely and successful product launches on Amazon.
Align marketing strategies with product launch timelines for maximum visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability before launching
campaigns.
Plan pre-launch, launch, and post-launch PPC strategies for new products.
Listing & Conversion Optimization:
Manage the
Listing Team
create listing and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+
Content for better rankings.
Work on keyword research and SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Ensure brand consistency, enhanced brand content, and engaging product images to boost conversion
rates.
Collaborate with the creative team for compelling product videos and lifestyle images.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train team members across PPC, data analytics, time-to-market, and listings.
Foster collaboration between teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on Amazon trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a
competitive edge.
