JOB SUMMARY
The PPC / LSA Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid digital advertising across Northern One Hour Heating & Air, Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Northern Mister Sparky Electric. This includes Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max), Local Services Ads (LSA), and paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data-driven paid media expert who understands the urgency of home services marketing.

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across all three brands including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
• Manage and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts maintain Google Guaranteed status, monitor lead quality, and dispute invalid leads.
• Monitor daily ad spend, pacing, and performance across all accounts to ensure budgets are used efficiently.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, add new opportunities and consistently expand and refine negative keyword lists.
• Write, test, and optimize ad copy including responsive search ads, headlines, and ad extensions.
• Monitor and improve Quality Scores, click-through rates, and conversion rates across all campaigns.
• Set up, verify, and troubleshoot conversion tracking (phone calls, form submissions) using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
• Manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram targeting, creative direction, bidding, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports to the Marketing Manager, including cost per lead, ROAS, and budget utilization.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, LSA policy changes, and paid media best practices.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on landing page strategy to maximize paid traffic conversion.
• Manage paid media budgets across all three brands with a 20% marketing budget target in mind.
• Maintain detailed campaign tracking in Monday.com document every active campaign, budget, and performance metric.
• Attend and participate in Marketing L-10 meetings and present paid media results.

MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Local Services Ads.
• Google Ads certification (required). Performance Max and Measurement certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets of $10,000+/month across multiple accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads interface, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions.
• Experience with Local Services Ads (LSA), including lead management, dispute process, and Google Guaranteed compliance.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram paid advertising. Campaign creation, audience targeting, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools preferred.
• Home services industry experience is a significant plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to invest in ongoing certifications and professional development.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
