Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Robina, Gold Coast QLD
  
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across two growing e-commerce brands. This role focuses on performance marketing, creative production, conversion optimisation and AI-powered marketing systems, working closely with the Founder.
Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, including creative testing, analysis and reporting.
• Develop marketing strategies, creative concepts and paid social content.
• Build and improve landing pages, product pages and customer journeys.
• Plan A/B tests and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Coordinate website updates and performance improvements.
• Edit and repurpose video and other creative assets.
• Develop AI tools, automations and efficient marketing workflows.
• Support Google Ads and TikTok Ads as required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with AI tools, automations and marketing workflows.
• Knowledge of landing pages, CRO, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Strong communication, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, video editing or low-code tools is advantageous.
