Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and scaling revenue for our D2C/E-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Other platforms (LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc. if required)
- Manage and scale paid campaigns to drive:
- Customer acquisition
- Revenue growth
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics:
- CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Audience targeting
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital marketing
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (D2C/E-commerce preferred)
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Conversion tracking & analytics
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of funnel optimization and customer journey mapping
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling high-budget campaigns
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Familiarity with email marketing & retention strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO
