Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, website revenue growth, and digital marketing performance across D2C channels. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns while improving key business metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and overall website conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive D2C website traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets and maximize ROAS.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CAC, CTR, CVR, and conversion rates.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve website performance and user experience.
- Work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance.
- Leverage tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Growth Marketing.
- Experience working with D2C or E-commerce brands.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and funnel optimization.
- Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets.
- Exposure to GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Brand organizations.
- Proven track record of driving website revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
