As a
Performance Marketing Manager at our headquarter in
Munich, you will play a key role in driving and scaling our paid acquisition efforts across multiple European markets. Working closely with the performance and country marketing teams, you will develop, execute, and continuously optimize data-driven strategies for SEA (Google Ads, BING) and Paid Social (Meta) channels, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and growth. You will leverage advanced audience targeting, creative testing, automation and conversion-focused optimization.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEA strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to drive revenue and maximize ROI across European markets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through testing, analysis, and continuous improvements across keywords, ads, and landing pages.
- Plan, execute, and scale Paid Social campaigns to achieve acquisition and engagement goals.
- Analyze campaign data, competitor activity, and market trends to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
