What's the role?
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our Performance team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, and be eager to contribute to end-to-end campaign execution, performance analysis, and creative development.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and
Facebook Ads. - Monitor campaign performance and KPIs using tools such as Appsflyer, CleverTap,
and Amplitude. - Analyze campaign metrics and prepare actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to provide inputs for static and video ad
creatives. - Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and digital advertising.
What’s required from you?
- Completed graduation in any field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CleverTap, Amplitude,
and Appsflyer. - Understanding of digital campaign management and performance optimization
techniques. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with key marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPI, and CAC.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest ideas for ad assets.
