About the Role:

As the Performance Marketing Assistant at Sheet Society you will support the performance marketing team in the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across key digital platforms, with the goal of assisting the team in driving revenue, optimising ad spend and building brand awareness.

This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, performance-focused A/B testing, and data-driven optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team. 

About the Team:

This role reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, within the Ecommerce & Digital team, and is part of our broader Marketing Department. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and delivery of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft and other performance marketing platforms.
• Conduct regular search and competitor analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities.
• Assist in audience segmentation and targeting through regular audits and A/B tests.
• Contribute to Weekly Trade Reporting and Quarterly Business Review within the marketing team, and the wider Sheet Society business
• Support and collaborate with the Marketing team members on monthly Channel Planning process for each paid media channel
• Support the Creative team with content creation, ensuring ad assets meet both channel specifications and align with brand guidelines
• Support the coordination of task assignment and timeline management within the marketing team’s workflow
• Support the Performance Marketing team with note-taking and followups at internal and external meetings
  
  

About You: 

• Strong interest in digital marketing and the ecommerce industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• High attention to detail, great organisation skills and deadline oriented
• Experience with any of Meta, Google or other platforms preferred but not required (including academic or personal projects)
