and Google Ads<\/b>.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Budget Management:<\/span><\/b> Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal
allocation across channels and campaigns to meet Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and
Lifetime Value (LTV).<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ad Creative & Copy:<\/span><\/b> Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual
assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and platform best practices.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimization &
Analysis:<\/span><\/b> Continuously analyze campaign performance
data, identify trends, and implement rigorous A/B testing (e.g., ad formats,
targeting, bidding strategies) to maximize efficiency and scale performance.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Audience Targeting:<\/span><\/b> Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and targeting strategies
(e.g., lookalikes, custom audiences, retargeting) to improve ad relevance and

features across Meta, Google Ads, and the broader digital marketing landscape.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience:<\/span><\/b> 3 to 5 years<\/b> of hands -on, proven experience managing and
optimizing large -scale paid digital advertising campaigns.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Mandatory
Education/Certification:<\/span><\/b> Diploma or
Certification in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search,
Display, Video), OR a comprehensive Digital Marketing certification<\/b>.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Platform Expertise:<\/span><\/b> High proficiency<\/b> in using Meta Ads Manager<\/b> and Google
Ads Platform<\/b>.<\/span> â <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analytical Prowess:<\/span><\/b> Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data,
