As an Organic Content Copywriter, you'll be at the forefront of our client's social media strategy, crafting compelling content that not only goes viral but also drives significant revenue for our clients. Your words will shape the online presence of leading coaches and consultants, directly impacting their business growth and the agency's success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn that balance virality with revenue generation
- Create engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts, threads, and captions that resonate with our clients' target audiences
- Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and authentically represent their brand voice and business goals
- Craft content calendars that align with marketing objectives and capitalize on industry events and trends
- Incorporate effective calls-to-action and relevant hashtags to maximize reach and conversions
- Adapt long-form content into impactful, bite-sized social media posts
- Brainstorm and implement creative content ideas that cut through the noise on crowded platforms
- Ensure all content adheres to clients' brand guidelines and MCPAUL's high-quality standards
- Contribute to the development of replicable content processes and templates to support agency growthSocial media postings
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Organic Content Copywriter
- Portfolio with undeniable proof of competence in creating viral, revenue-generating social media content for coaches or consultants
- Must have experience writing both viral and high converting content for Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
- Must be a native/fluent English speaker with exceptional writing skills
- Must be able to work full-time
