Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email and social media campaigns with the marketing team
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, metrics, and platform updates
• Create compelling copy and visuals for digital content
• Track and analyze web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Develop and manage content schedules based on audience insights
• Create promotions, competitions, and other strategies to attract customers
• Evaluate and report on campaign performance
• Manage and respond to online reviews
• Proofread marketing content for clarity and accuracy
• Assist with website updates, digital signage, and general marketing tasks
• Contribute strategic ideas to enhance online sales and user experience
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under deadlines

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram marketing tools, Canva, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and self-management skills
• Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly
• Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license 
• Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
