The Position
Ideum seeks a part-time or full-time Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and advertising initiatives. This is a 60 to 90-day paid internship, starting on or around June 1, 2026, and extending to around August 15. We are looking for a detail-oriented, entry-level person with an interest and skills in social media marketing and content creation.
The intern will be part of Ideum’s Sales and Marketing team, collaborating with our Creative Services teams, hardware team, and Founder to help in various sales and marketing initiatives. This in-person position is based at Ideum’s studio in Corrales, New Mexico. This is not a remote position.
We don’t expect candidates to have all the necessary skills upfront—this internship provides opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Help create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Assist with monitoring and creating online ad campaigns.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, both on- and off-campus.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for marketing collateral.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic sales and marketing principles
Extra Credit
- Experience with technical writing and/or copy editing
- Photography and/or video skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects)
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Knowledge or interest in PC or AV systems

Paid Internship
This is a paid, $18/hour, two-month fixed-term summer internship, onsite at our studio in Corrales, New Mexico.
