THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsible for working with members of the marketing team on all aspects of a variety of multi-media projects. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. 

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Works with the Marketing Team on a variety of multi-media projects including but not limited to: project management, social media, campaign management, writing copy, design, web content updates and other projects as assigned.
  • Assist with all aspects of sponsorships and company-sponsored events, acting as secondary point person for day to day correspondence. Performing the following duties:
  • Assist with Banc of California LAFC Supporters Program, producing and trafficking email communications, ticket distribution and fulfilling LAFC apparel / swag prizes.
  • Support social media efforts, capture content from bank sponsored events and prep posts highlighting partnerships and community efforts.
  • Coordinate delivery of hospitality assets to clients and guests. Including credentials, tickets, parking information, event details and schedules, site maps, etc.
  • Research price, production requirements, request samples, etc. for on-site premium items and signage elements.
  • Assist with onsite execution of sponsorship activation programs, including coordination of contests and player appearances.
  • Assist with all post event reconciliation and reporting.
  • Build and track premium inventory.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Must be enrolled as full-time student at an accredited college or university majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Media or Communications with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various social media platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees
  • Reliable means of transportation
  • Able to work onsite at company sponsored events (2-3 times a month)
  • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
  • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
  • Ability to make informal presentations, inside the organization; speaking before assigned team
  • Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
  • Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  

 SALARY RANGE

The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
