Our success is built on trust, respect, and results. We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Intern to join our team and help expand our client base and brand presence.

Role Overview

The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting the growth of Bell Properties by engaging directly with prospective clients and partners. This includes making outbound calls to schedule appointments, introducing our services, and assisting with lead generation and follow-ups. The intern will also support broader marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility and outreach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound phone calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
     
  • Present Bell Properties’ services in a professional, persuasive manner.
     
  • Maintain a call log and track all outreach activities in the CRM system (e.g., LeadSimple).
     
  • Assist the marketing and business development team with lead generation strategies.
     
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
     
  • Support social media and digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness.
     
  • Research target markets and provide insights to improve outreach efforts.
     
  • Collaborate with team members on special marketing projects and initiatives.
     

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
     
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
     
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential clients.
     
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional demeanor.
     
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
     
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
     
  • Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
     
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and professional phone manner.
     
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls to schedule appointments and introduce services.
     
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
     
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
     
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ideally familiar with CRM systems (such as LeadSimple).
     
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Familiarity with real estate and property management useful 
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
