Stickley is hiring one full-time Summer Marketing and Creative Intern to join our Marketing team. Based on the candidate's skill set, the role will focus on digital-first graphic design, social media, or a combination of both (as outlined below). This opportunity is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation.

Digital‑First Graphic Design

Focus: Supporting digital marketing and e‑commerce creative execution and content creation.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Designing digital assets for social, email, and e‑commerce platforms
• Supporting campaign creative for promotions, launches, and seasonal initiatives
• Assisting with image resizing, formatting, and versioning across platforms
• Preparing assets for third‑party platforms and paid media placements
• Working within established brand guidelines while learning real‑world production workflows
• Collaborating with marketing and e‑commerce partners to efficiently execute creative work

This role is execution‑focused and ideal for a student building practical, portfolio‑ready digital design experience.

Social Media Focused Marketing

Focus: Execution and content development for brand social platforms.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited too:

• Supporting day‑to‑day execution on social platforms, with emphasis on Meta, Pinterest, and Houzz
• Assisting with content planning, scheduling, and publishing
• Developing post concepts aligned with campaigns, products, and seasonal storytelling
• Supporting coordination between creative, marketing, and social calendars
• Monitoring engagement and assisting with basic performance tracking
• Organizing and maintaining social content libraries

This role is ideal for a student who understands social platforms natively and wants hands‑on experience in branded social execution.
