MSB is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support these strategic priorities. This structured, hands-on internship offers meaningful ownership of resume-building projects across social media, digital marketing, customer communications, and brand development. You’ll gain real-world experience while contributing to initiatives that directly support deposit growth, small business engagement, and enhanced brand visibility.
What You’ll Do
• Support the creation, scheduling, and analysis of social media content while helping expand our LinkedIn strategy and digital engagement efforts.
• Assist with cross-sell campaigns, small business onboarding email optimization (including A/B testing), and website experience audits to improve UX and performance.
• Contribute to brand storytelling initiatives by helping develop customer stories, testimonials, event content, and sponsorship reporting tools—ensuring alignment with brand, compliance, and information security standards.
What You Bring
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills with creativity and attention to detail.
• Digital fluency, including familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office tools; experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
