What You'll Actually Do
Support growth campaigns across paid, organic, content, and partnerships
Write and publish content that helps the market understand voice AI: short-form posts, blog drafts, competitive comparisons, customer stories
Help build and maintain lead generation funnels—landing pages, email sequences, CTAs
Research competitors, track market trends, and surface insights the team can act on
Assist with event prep, outreach, and partnership coordination
Dig into performance data—what's converting, what's not, what to try next
Pick up whatever needs doing. At a startup this stage, the job description is a starting point.
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with at least 6 months left before graduation
Genuinely curious about AI, startups, and how companies go from early stage to scale
Strong written communication in English; German is a plus
Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
Equal parts creative and analytical—you can draft a landing page and then look at the numbers to see if it worked
High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to Have
You've built something on your own—a side project, a newsletter, a community, a product
Exposure to SEO, paid ads, CRM tools, or marketing automation
Basic understanding of AI/LLM products and how they're sold to businesses
Previous startup experience, even informal
