We're on the hunt for a Lead Copywriter who gets the pulse of today’s students, has a strong hold on higher education (bonus if you've lived the study abroad life!), and can lead a growing team of writers.
This isn’t just a "wordsmith" job. You'll help shape content strategy, manage our content calendar, create SEO-optimized yet reader-friendly stories, and bring big campaigns to life across the web, email, social, and beyond.
IMPORTANT: This is a full-time, in-office role based at our HQ in Mulund (East), Mumbai. If you love brainstorming in person, working with a creative team, and being part of something meaningful, we want you here with us.
Lead a team of writers, interns & freelancers, ensuring high-quality output across all formats.
Write, edit, and supervise content for websites, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, social media, and more.
Collaborate with SEO & marketing teams to create content that ranks and resonates.
Guide and coach junior writers to help them grow in tone, structure, and storytelling.
Work closely with designers, video editors, and leadership to bring stories to life visually and emotionally.
Be the voice of the brand—clear, confident, student-first, and never boring.
3–6 years of experience in content writing or copywriting (education or study abroad preferred)
Experience managing a content team or mentoring writers
Excellent written English, a keen eye for detail, and a love for storytelling
Strong grasp of SEO writing, content calendars, and digital marketing basics
Comfortable writing long-form content, short ad copy, social captions, and video scripts
Able to switch tones to suit different platforms (web vs Instagram vs blog vs brochure)
Experience studying or working abroad
A portfolio that shows range, creativity, and a student-friendly voice
Experience writing for Gen Z or in Edtech, travel, or career domains
Scriptwriting skills for video content (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
