Description

Chase Money Skills is a nationally scaled financial health program that offers free financial education to local communities. This role will help establish Chase as the authoritative voice in financial health, positioning our community managers as trusted leaders within the communities we serve. The position is part of Community Marketing team, within Consumer Bank Marketing.

As a Content Lead for the Chase Money Skills Content Studio in Consumer Bank, you will be the operational heart of the editorial team, reporting directly to the Managing Editor. You will own and operate the editorial calendar, support agency and contributor relationships, and ensure all content is informed by performance insights and aligned to the needs of the Firm. You will drive the creation, adaptation, and optimization of financial health content across multiple channels, supporting Marketing, PR, and paid and organic social strategies. You will synthesize data, maintain the content library, and develop pillar assets that advance financial inclusion and build trust with diverse audiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and operate the Chase Money Skills editorial calendar, coordinating content production and channel strategies to maximize impact and compliance.
  • Write and deliver creative briefs for internal and external stakeholders (video, infographics, social, etc.), monitor performance, and proactively flag/escalate issues to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Help maintain and organize the content library, regularly sharing updates with channel partners and ensuring new inventory is discoverable and accessible.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to collect content performance data, synthesize insights, and provide consolidated output to Marketing Leadership and stakeholders. Use data to flag high-performing assets for repurposing and underperformers for analysis.
  • Build strong relationships across Marketing and Communication channels, understand their needs, and develop execution plans that align with channel objectives and business priorities.
  • Develop pillar content for each financial health topic area (guides, articles, video scripts, explainer series, research-backed reports). Adapt core assets for four audience segments without rebuilding from scratch.
  • Write and maintain the editorial style guide and brand voice documentation, including segment-specific voice guidelines. Ensure all content meets regulatory, compliance, and brand standards.
  • Create content that supports customer journey for each pillar topic, ensuring clear progression from awareness to referral readiness. Support video script development and ensure written content translates effectively to video/audio formats.

  • Experience working with agencies and internal/external stakeholders and experience developing a content style guide or brand voice documentation from the group up
