We are seeking a smart, creative, and AI-savvy Junior Content Writer who enjoys crafting meaningful, crisp content and knows how to use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, and content enhancement—while maintaining originality. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow rapidly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, websites, social media, emails, ads, and product pages.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, audience expectations, and SEO guidelines.
• Repurpose longer content pieces into short-form formats such as snippets, posts, scripts, and captions.

AI-Assisted Writing

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Notion AI) for ideation, outlining, research, and content refinement.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated drafts to ensure accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
• Maintain a strong human voice and originality while leveraging AI for speed and productivity.

Research & Ideation

• Conduct basic research on industry topics, trends, and keywords.
• Prepare content outlines, competitive insights, and topic ideas.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create content that complements campaign and product objectives.

Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread all content for clarity, grammar, structure, and tone.
• Ensure all outputs meet internal quality standards before publishing.
• Refine content based on feedback, performance insights, and editorial guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of content writing experience (freshers and interns with strong writing skills encouraged to apply).
• Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles such as readability, keywords, and formatting.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-read content.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
• Strong research abilities and capability to meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Experience writing for marketing, SaaS, or tech audiences.
• Understanding of content frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
• Basic design skills using Canva.
• Ability to adapt writing style across multiple tones: professional, conversational, educational, crisp, or humorous.
