What You'll Do
- Support one or more teams with writing, concepting, and ideation
- Help build decks and presentations—ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and messaging
- Participate in brainstorms, contribute fresh thinking, and pitch internal social ideas
- Write for a variety of platforms including digital, social, print, and experiential
- Assist with proofreading, editing, and quality control of copy as needed
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with flexibility and attention to detail
What You Know
- The basics of advertising copywriting and storytelling
- How to write for digital platforms, social media, and evolving content formats
- Microsoft Office and the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Suite
- How to take feedback, revise, and improve
- That teamwork leads to better creative
- That this is just the beginning—and everything you work on is part of building your portfolio
Your Experience
- 0–2 years of copywriting or creative writing experience
- A portfolio (student or professional) that shows promise, curiosity, and craft
- A degree in advertising, journalism, creative writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for language, culture, and creativity
- Initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
