Business / Function
- Prioritizing daily deliverables and assisting/supervising team members with project-level planning
- Overseeing execution and adhering to procedures
- Resolving client issues and meeting/exceeding operational targets
- Participating in the selection process to ensure timely talent acquisition
- Developing, grooming, and coaching team members to align with business objectives
- Ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and protection of company's intellectual property
Internal Team
- Ensuring clear expectations for all team members
- Reviewing team performance on a day-to-day basis and providing clear feedback
- Demonstrating professional behavior and establishing productive work relationships with internal functions
Quality
- Ensuring team adherence to client expectations, standards, guidelines, and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 - 12 Years in content writing/editing
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Mass Communications, or Marketing with a minimum of 60% marks
- Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce and retail industry, Process Management, Client Search Engine Proficiency
- Skills: Communication, Team Management, MS Office proficiency, Project Management, Decision Making Skills
- Attitude: Positive, Confident, Resilient attitude, Ability to navigate ambiguities/chaos and conflicts, Motivational and empathetic, Target-driven with superior attention to detail and accuracy
