Job Role: Growth / SEO Specialist
Compensation range: Up to 3000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Our client is an established Australian consultancy that helps organisations improve internal systems, digital processes, and operational efficiency.
They work closely with businesses to simplify complexity, implement practical digital solutions, and drive sustainable growth through technology and structured transformation initiatives.
As part of their work, they operate a national lead generation platform for in-home services, including HVAC, electrical, and tech support. The platform focuses on generating inbound bookings through organic search, targeting customers across suburbs and postcodes throughout Australia.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Growth / SEO Specialist to lead the organic search strategy across a portfolio of trade-based lead generation websites. The role focuses on building and scaling a national lead generation engine through multi-location SEO across thousands of suburbs and postcodes across Australia. The successful candidate will develop scalable SEO frameworks, including service and suburb page structures and programmatic content approaches, to improve local visibility, drive qualified leads, and support long-term organic growth across multiple service brands.
