Job Summary

SHI International is seeking an ambitious intern to join our Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern. This 12-week, in-person internship provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing, demand generation, content creation, and marketing analytics within the technology industry. Interns will support the execution and analysis of multi-channel campaigns, assist in creating marketing assets, conduct market research, and help coordinate on-site events, all while collaborating with experienced professionals.

You will gain practical experience with leading marketing tools such as Marketo, Sprout Social, Cvent, and Asana, while developing essential skills in campaign strategy, content development, and data-driven decision making. This role is ideal for those eager to build a strong foundation in growth marketing and acquire valuable, real-world skills for a future career in marketing.

Role Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation campaigns.  

  • Design and execute marketing content and assets, including creative emails, landing page copy, case studies, presentations, social posts, and digital ads aligned to SHI solutions and partner programs 

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of growth and digital campaigns and programs, including key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and influenced pipeline. 

  • Support the growth marketing team in daily project management tasks. 

  • Conduct light market, customer, and competitive research to inform campaign strategy, audience targeting, and content angles 

  • Support our onsite event team with various programs

  • Prior marketing coursework or experience a plus – Basic


Other Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academic standing working towards a bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

The pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour.
