We are looking for a results-driven PPC Expert to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This role is focused on driving high-quality leads, optimizing ROAS, and making data-backed decisions to improve campaign performance.
You will own end-to-end paid marketing strategy across platforms like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and social media, including re-targeting and funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Microsoft Ads (Bing)
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion → remarketing)
2. Performance Optimization
Monitor and improve key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and dashboards
Identify trends, drop-offs, and growth opportunities
Make decisions backed by data, not assumptions
4. Remarketing & Funnel Strategy
Build and scale remarketing campaigns across platforms
Optimize user journeys from first click to conversion
Improve conversion rates through audience segmentation
5. Budget & ROI Management
Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently
Ensure campaigns meet or exceed target ROAS and CPL benchmarks
Forecast performance and scale winning campaigns
6. Tracking & Analytics
Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, conversions)
Work with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM integrations
Ensure accurate attribution and reporting
7. Collaboration
Work closely with:
Content team (ad creatives, messaging)
SEO team (keyword insights)
CRO team (landing page optimization)
Align paid campaigns with overall marketing and revenue goals
Key Requirements
Experience
6+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns
Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or lead generation is preferred
