Description - Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Revitalise and maintain a strong marketing funnel, ensuring consistent inbound enquiries and sales pipeline growth.
- Develop tailored customer acquisition strategies aligned with franchise capacity and market goals.
- Collaborate with telemarketers, outbound callers, and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to enhance lead quality and campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign metrics including lead volume, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
- Produce clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and marketing spend.
- Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages for optimisation.
- Support email marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
- Identify and implement new opportunities to support franchisee acquisition and business development.
- Integrate customer feedback into campaigns to improve targeting, messaging, and customer engagement.
- Perform other marketing duties as required.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally in a lead generation environment.
- Proven track record of generating leads and scaling campaigns based on business needs.
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, digital advertising, and performance-driven marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and basic CRM workflows.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with sales and telemarketing teams toward unified outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven approach.
