Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation and execution of social media content calendars (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to boost employer brand and candidate engagement.
- Assist with SEO-driven content: write and optimise blog posts, job ad copy and landing pages for keyword visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Help set up and monitor paid campaigns (Meta Ads, basic search PPC) and report on performance metrics to optimise spend and conversions.
- Compile weekly analytics reports (Google Analytics/GA4, social insights) highlighting traffic, engagement and conversion trends.
- Design assets and post-ready visuals using Canva; collaborate with the recruitment team to translate hiring needs into compelling creative.
- Support email marketing campaignsβsegment lists, create templates, and assist with A/B testing and performance tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a good eye for detail and editing.
- Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic content scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and comfort interpreting simple campaign/report metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Australia (right to work) and commit to the internship schedule.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters and sales teams.
Preferred
- Experience with Canva or basic graphic tools and comfortable producing on-brand visual assets.
- Exposure to SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) or keyword research techniques.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, basic PPC setup or email platforms like Mailchimp.
- Analytical mindset with experience building simple dashboards or reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
