About the Opportunity
We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency operating in the performance marketing sector, serving e-commerce, technology, and B2B clients. As an on-site Digital Marketing Intern in India, youβll gain hands-on experience executing data-driven campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies: keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis.
- Support SEM efforts by setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Manage social media channels: draft, schedule, and analyze posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and ad copy to boost engagement.
- Compile performance reports using Google Analytics and present key insights to the team.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to align campaigns with brand guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Exposure to email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for on-page edits and landing page tweaks.
