Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and result-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to own and grow Durapid's online presence. You will craft and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and position Durapid as a thought leader in AI, data, and enterprise IT.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
• Plan, implement, and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities
• Optimise website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site architecture
• Track and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content syndication
Content Marketing
• Develop SEO-driven content calendars aligned to Durapid's service lines (AI, Data, \ Staffing, Enterprise Software)
• Write or oversee blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, LinkedIn articles, and landing pages
• Repurpose long-form content into social snippets, infographics, and email campaigns
Paid Digital Advertising (PPC)
• Plan and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns
• Optimise campaigns for cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and lead generation for B2B or IT companies
Technical Skills
• Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page SEO implementation
• Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or IT staffing services
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with video marketing (YouTube SEO, Reels, Shorts)
• Google Ads or HubSpot certification
