JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a digital marketer who will play a pivotal role in boosting brand awareness, engaging prospects, driving traffic, and generating leads for the business. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in utilizing a range of channels, including search engines, social media, and websites, for digital marketing efforts. This dynamic role requires adaptability to evolving technologies and market trends, ensuring that marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing, that align with business goals.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blog, and social media posts.
• Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
• Website editing, content creation, blog posts and landing page creation
• Developing digital newsletters and email campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Additional certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or design are a plus.
• 4 years+ of experience in a marketing or communications role.
o Prior experience in the insurance, financial services, or B2B sector is highly desirable but not essential.
• Skills and Knowledge:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on copywriting for marketing materials, website content, and social media.
o Experience in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
o Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
o Understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
o Basic knowledge of insurance or financial services is a plus but not required.
o Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a small team.
• Competency in Core Programs:
o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – for designing marketing collateral.
o Canva – for quick content creation.
o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – for documentation, reporting, and presentations
o Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) – for sending client updates and newsletters.
o LinkedIn – for content scheduling and engagement.
