We’re looking for a digital-savvy, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketer to amplify Plugzmart’s online presence, generate qualified leads, and support go-to-market initiatives across different segments.
You’ll work closely with the marketing & branding, product, and sales teams to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, email) aligned with Plugzmart’s GTM plans
- Own Plugzmart’s SEO/SEM strategy – from keyword planning to website optimization and backlink generation
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to target OEMs, CPOs, real estate developers, fleet operators, and government tenders – from strategy to ROI tracking
- Manage social media content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook – focused on brand storytelling, product education, and lead nurturing
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate email marketing drip campaigns for different personas: builders, landowners, businesses, fleet owners
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing (B2B/B2C, preferably in tech, EV, SaaS, or product)
- Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest) and CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, and campaign tracking
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency
- Familiarity with the EV ecosystem, clean tech, or IoT marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools like LeadSquared
- Basic understanding of HTML/wordpress, video editing tools, or Canva
