We are seeking a talented and strategic contract Copywriter to help shape and scale the creative direction of our brand across all marketing channels. As a key player within a fast-paced, dynamic creative team, you will craft compelling copy that enhances the customer experience, strengthens brand identity, and drives business growth. 

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in brand storytelling, marketing copy, and content strategy. You are skilled in developing engaging messaging for diverse customer segments while maintaining a consistent brand voice across digital and traditional platforms. You should also be comfortable collaborating with marketing managers, designers, animators, and executives to bring ideas to life. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Create compelling product positioning and value props tailored to our core audiences 
  • Develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for various marketing channels, including social media, web, video, email campaigns, and advertising. 
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, product teams, and designers to create content that supports business objectives and resonates with target audiences. 
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content generation, streamline workflows, and optimize messaging for various channels 
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to craft persuasive and effective copy. 
  • Assist in defining and refining brand voice and messaging guidelines, ensuring consistency across all content. 
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. 
  • Adapt content strategies based on A/B testing, SEO best practices, and performance data. 
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high creative standards. 
  • Partner with channel marketing leads and user research to establish on-going a/b testing of copy for channels and audiences  

What You'll Bring to the Role: 

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in crafting marketing copy for digital and traditional platforms. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, optimization, and automation. 
  • Experience writing for diverse formats, including social media, web, email, and video scripts, and marketing landing pages. 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and data-driven content optimization. 
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
