Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Content Writer who can create content that directly contributes to lead generation, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing psychology, audience pain points, and persuasive writing — not just grammar.

Onsite – Hyderabad
6 Days/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-converting ad copies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Create landing page content optimized for conversions
- Develop email sequences, WhatsApp flows, and follow-ups
- Write scripts for video content (Reels, Ads, YouTube Shorts)
- Produce website content aligned with positioning and SEO
- Collaborate with design and performance teams for campaign execution
- Continuously optimize content based on performance data (CTR, conversions)
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in content writing/copywriting
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and buyer psychology
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy (not just informational)
- Experience with digital marketing funnels (ads → landing page → follow-up)
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword usage
- Ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
- Portfolio with real work samples (ads, landing pages, emails, scripts)
KPIs (Non-Negotiable)
- Click-through rate (CTR) on ad copies
- Conversion rate on landing pages
- Engagement metrics on content
- Lead quality driven through content
- Content turnaround time
