We are seeking a talented B2B Content Writer who can transform marketing objectives into compelling, insight-driven content that drives brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and cross-functional collaboration.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Convert marketing and sales goals into clear, measurable content plans designed to elevate brand presence and support lead-generation efforts.
- Identify relevant topics, formats, and messaging opportunities aligned with audience needs and campaign objectives.
2. Content Development
- Write high-quality, engaging, and audience-centric content across formats such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product guides, website copy, emails, landing pages, video scripts, and webinar content.
- Adapt messaging, tone, and structure for each stage of the marketing funnel — awareness, consideration, and decision.
3. Content Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance against engagement and conversion KPIs.
- Optimize existing content for SEO, clarity, readability, and relevance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product marketing, design, sales, and video teams to maintain consistent messaging and storytelling across channels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts into accessible and high-value content.
5. Content Distribution & Promotion
- Develop and execute content distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize visibility and reach.
- Work alongside digital and social teams to repurpose and amplify content across platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B content writing or content marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven success in developing content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify technical topics.
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality content across a variety of formats while meeting deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing results-driven content with measurable impact.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, analytics, and content performance tools is a strong advantage.
