We are looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator Associate to represent our brand through engaging video content. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on camera, creating informative and entertaining videos, and connecting with audiences across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Appear on camera to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.

Present products, services, educational topics, and brand messages in a clear and engaging manner.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas and scripts.

Research trending topics and contribute creative concepts for videos.

Memorize or improvise scripts while maintaining a natural and authentic presentation style.

Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, live sessions, and interviews as required.

Work closely with videographers and editors during content production.

Maintain a professional, confident, and brand-aligned on-camera presence.

Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content styles accordingly.

Assist in reviewing content performance and suggesting improvements based on audience engagement.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).

0–2 years of experience in content creation, anchoring, hosting, acting, influencing, or presenting.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera.

Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
Preferred Skills

Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video content.

Basic scriptwriting skills.

Familiarity with video production workflows.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new content formats.
