The Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing content in various formats — written, visual, and video — to support Loom Solar’s marketing and communication goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, storytelling, digital marketing knowledge, and an understanding of the solar/renewable energy sector.

Create engaging and SEO -friendly content for blogs, articles, social media posts, product pages, and website updates.

Write compelling scripts for videos, product explainers, and customer testimonials.

Develop captions, taglines, and short -form content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with the design and video teams to create visually appealing multimedia content.

Manage daily content posting on company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).

Support digital campaigns by developing ad copy, visuals, and landing page content.

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to guide content strategy.

Optimize content using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.

Ensure all content aligns with Loom Solar’s brand voice and messaging.

Track content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.

Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business objectives.

Stay updated on renewable energy trends and create educational content to promote solar awareness.

Brainstorm and experiment with new content formats (reels, infographics, blogs, case studies, etc.).

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media engagement.
<\/p><\/li>
Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to visual details.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:<\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:<\/b> 2–5 years of professional experience in content writing, digital content creation, or social media management (experience in solar/renewable energy preferred). Certifications (Preferred):<\/b> Google Content Marketing, HubSpot Content Marketing, SEO Certification. Content engagement rate and reach. Organic traffic growth from SEO content. Quality and consistency of content output. Contribution to lead generation campaigns.
