Associate Process Manager - SEO

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Supervisor to lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality SEO services while meeting operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). In this role, you will oversee daily team operations, monitor performance, and ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently achieved. You will provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, set clear performance expectations aligned with company objectives, and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain strong operational performance.

The role also requires ensuring compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and internal systems while supporting the development of team capability through structured training and regular feedback. You will be responsible for communicating management updates and initiatives to the team while maintaining a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree (undergraduates are welcome to apply) and has at least 1–3 years of experience in team supervision, operations, and SEO, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
