Description

Amazon PPC Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon Advertising best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Performance Analysis & Growth Strategy:
  • Work with team to analyze ad performance, optimize budgets, and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities for new product launches, promotions, and cross-border expansion.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and category shifts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with supply chain, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
  • Report key performance metrics and insights to leadership, making data-backed recommendations.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably with personal care/beauty background experience.
  • Expertise in Amazon platform
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Amazon, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to develop strategies for retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is a plus.
  • Passion for wellness, skincare, and sustainability is a bonus.
